Welcome! I'm Shawndell Dawson, Founder and CEO of Dawson Visionary Enterprises, and I created this assessment for advocates and survivor-leaders like you who want to build financial stability while staying true to the mission.

Here's why I know this matters:

In the late 1990s, I got my first paid job as a victim advocate helping survivors navigate the court system. I had deep expertise and was also in school pursuing two degrees at the same time!

I was making minimum wage $5.15 per hour and I needed more income options. More financial flexibility. Ways to leverage what I knew beyond my current role. To be honest I wasn't sure how to build additional income streams while staying true to the mission.

I know firsthand what advocates face day after day. I established Dawson Visionary Enterprises to help broaden options and support for advocates, survivor-leaders, and activists. We all need options to support ourselves and our families.
